I am tired, what can I do?
I have seen acupuncture work in amazing ways to help people regain their energy and thrive in their lives. Most people need more than acupuncture. In that case, custom herbal formulas along with nutritional recommendations for your specific needs, lead to excellent results and a quick recovery.
In a fast paced world where we are constantly busy and seem to be continuously triggered by outside stimuli, fatigue is normal for almost everyone. Many of us don’t even take the time to actually acknowledge how tired we are!
Quick fix – drink enough water
A simple fact and a quick fix for mild fatigue is lack of proper hydration. Dehydration is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. Furthermore, lack of water is often mistaken for hunger. So watch out what your body is telling you and asking for!
Most of the patients I see in the clinic do not come at the initial visit complaining of fatigue. They may have Parkinson’s disease, insomnia, depression, or headaches. I look at the whole picture when I set up a treatment plan so even though what bothers you the most might be your depression for example, the fatigue associated with it will also be healed.
Your symptoms are not some randomly labeled diseases that have no connection with each other. Your body is working in a synergistic way and needs to be treated accordingly, with a completely holistic approach.
I also see patients entering my office with debilitating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia. In these cases, fatigue is indeed the main complaint.
Fatigue or depression?
Fatigue can be mistaken for low motivation and depression. Call our office for a free consult. Sometimes that is all it takes, a step in the direction of change, and your life flows with energy and abundance. ~click to tweet this
